I ran a Distribute TenK loop

Tldr
I shipped a nee feature in indie10k - TenK Reps. It is a newsletter about sending daily actionable reps for product growth. Early users are open to paying only if TenK Reps provides non-generic, exclusive, time-saving strategies — not just repackaged wisdom. Skepticism exists around monetizing short content, so differentiation (e.g., templates, data, deeper playbooks) will be key.

- ✅ Positive but Conditional Interest
• “I’d pay if it consistently delivered unique insights. Most free content is rehashed. If you offer actionable strategies or exclusive data, I’d consider it.” • “Maybe yes, but not sure. It depends on the value. What kind of content will you publish?” ❓ Skeptical / Negative • “You want to sell tweets?” → skeptical about paying for short-form content. 🎯 Specific Value Expectations • “I’d pay for tips that are truly unique and save me serious time — like what BabyloveGrowth does for SEO or an analytics platform like Mixpanel. Otherwise, most advice is already free on IH.” 📉 Engagement Signal • 1 like on X tweet so far.
