Step 2 – Pick 1 Focus

• Picked focus: a paid newsletter subscription - lower the bar

Step 3 – Ship 1 Evidence

• Created stripe coupon code for founders. Drafted Day 1 sale blog post. Added a few cross posts in r/saas, ih.

Step 4 – Ask 3 Highlights

• Performed one user feedback via email: not ready to pay. hesitating on "throwing hat" on someone else. ended up encouraging him and mention coupon.
• Asked in reddit. One user mentioned used his own lead generation tool, scanning for matching reddit posts, and wrote a comment like so 😄
• To summarize, i will just need keep approaching real users in indiehackers/reddit. And the first payment should come soon.
