I Launched My User Onboarding Experience!

Well, folks, it’s been a whirlwind of a week! 🎉 I’m diving into the retain track, and by next Friday, I’m aiming to get at least 10 users actively engaging with the shiny new TenK 6 growth system. Here’s what I’ve been up to:

🚀 Ship 1: User Onboarding Experience
I rolled out a prototype of the onboarding flow. Let’s be real—going full throttle with a complete onboarding setup felt like overkill at this stage. Instead, I crafted a simple pre-filled Arc and auto-suggested a share post. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start!

🗣️ Ask 3: Gathering Feedback
I simplified the onboarding process down to just four questions. You know, the essentials: project name, description, and a couple of other bits. Early feedback is rolling in, and it’s been encouraging to see users finding it intuitive.

📊 Measure 1: Tracking Engagement
Now here’s the juicy part—within just three days of releasing the feature, I’ve seen 8 projects created and 8 Arcs initiated. Some users are even making it to the second stage! I mean, that’s a solid start, right? It’s heartening to see people taking the plunge.

Oh, and I’m also piecing together some retention features based on user feedback. I picked one insightful method to dive deeper into what folks really want.
