Reddit is unfair leverage. It’s packed with frustrated users, rants, and niche questions. That’s free discovery, but only if you show up and listen. Don’t drop your link. Don’t pitch. Just join the conversation. The gold is in the comment section, not the launch post.

Watch for words like “stuck”, “anyone else”, or “how do you deal with…”. These are signals that pain is already bubbling. If your comment triggers replies, DMs, or saves, you’ve found a pocket of demand before writing a single line of code.

Forget “build it and they will come.” It’s “find them, and they’ll tell you what to build.”
