One Cold Email

Goal: Send one clear, human cold email — and learn what gets replies.

1. Pick one company or person you'd love as a user.
2. Write a 3-line cold email:
   • Problem: what they're likely struggling with
   • Solution: how your idea/SaaS helps
   • Ask: a simple next step (“Worth a quick look?”)
3. Use a short, personal subject line like:
   “Quick idea for [their company name]” or “Question about [pain point]”
4. Send and log replies. Track:
   • Open rate (did they read?)
   • Reply rate (did they engage?)
   • Conversion (did they try?)
5. Iterate wording tomorrow based on one learning.
